K\u00f6ttermann becomes an affiliate company of the Block group<\/h1>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]With a solid economic position, K\u00f6ttermann is directly owned by the BHM group a.s. to which the BLOCK Group also belongs.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/6″][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_empty_space height=”25px”][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row full_width=”stretch_row”][vc_column][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/6″][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2\/3″][vc_column_text]At the end of June, the former parent company BLOCK Group a.s. sold its shares at the K\u00f6ttermann company to the superordinate Czech BHM Group based in Prague.<\/p>\n

Only four years after the insolvency, K\u00f6ttermann and the Czech BLOCK Group are now equal in the portfolio of the parent company BHM group a.s. Tomas and Marek Krsek, who have been responsible for the successful corporate strategy since the takeover by the BLOCK Group, maintain their economic rights.<\/p>\n

The growing economic importance of the K\u00f6ttermann Group has made it possible to put K\u00f6ttermann on equal footing with BLOCK Group a.s. The new organization is supporting the strategic management of K\u00f6ttermann.
